Join me Saturdays at 10am for a free yoga class. Yoga is open to all ages. Moms and dads, you are invited to bring your little ones!
A $30 ticket gets you a one-hour Bay Wave session to complete the perfect yoga warm up, waves, and restorative day at the beach.
Surfers ages 8-13 must surf with a guardian who is on the same wave, on a separate board. Surfers ages 5-7 can be in the lagoon only in a one-to-one lesson with an NLand coach. Surfers ages 14+ are welcome to surf on their own, but we encourage everyone to bring a friend!
We have limited spots on the Bay Wave, typically a $60 wave. At only $30, these half off surf passes will go fast, so snag yours now.
Here's the schedule:
9am - Arrive and check in. Bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, towel, water bottle, and yoga mat. If you don't have a yoga mat, a towel will do!
10am - Yoga begins.
11am - Grab a smoothie at the juice bar, get your wristband at check in and watch our orientation video if you haven't already. Stash your stuff in a locker if needed ($6 or $9 for jumbo). Then, walk or hop on a loopster to your launch pad.
11:45am/12:45pm - Enjoy a complimentary launch pad lesson from an NLand coach to learn to paddle and pop up before you get in the water. Lessons begin 15 minutes prior to your designated surf session.
12pm/1pm - Surf our friendly, whitewater Bay Wave - ideal for beginners and juniors. If you've never surfed, we have guides in the water who can give you tips for catching your first wave. Almost everyone catches at least a few waves on their first surf session at NLand.
1pm/2pm - After you surf, hang out in a cabana and enjoy a cold beverage from the juice bar, or head up to the Overlook for a hearty & healthy meal from Blue Prairie and a beer at NLand Brewing Company. Our breezy taproom is a great spot to enjoy live music and watch surfing after your session ends.
