Sometimes when I'm going to be with the same group of kids for multiple days/sessions I can get in my head about making them happy. I can feel like I'm doing them a disjustice if I don't have brand new things to teach or can even let myself think I'm not cool enough for them to have fun #realtalk but in reality- kids just want you to show up. They want to meet you where you are. So this week I just focused on being present and listening. And I ended up with a whole group of new little friends 😍I feel so grateful to learn and grow with these little yogis #kidsyoga #aerialyoga #austin #yoga

Grateful doesn't really describe it. I got to meet and connect with these amazing people who are literally changing the world. I felt trust and respect from TLYH owners in a way I didn't know people could share. I spoke with authority that came from a place of experience. And for the first time ever... I never felt nervous. Everything in my life has led me right here. Grateful seems like an understatement. #kidsyogateacher #kidsyoga #austin
Libby saw a friend in every person she met. I am so lucky that she saw a friend in me. Today, in her memory, we gave away flowers to strangers. Even in her absence, she is making the world more bright and beautiful. #flowersfromlibby
